Wash the spinach thoroughly in water, and then keep the spinach separately and let the water drain.
Boil the water in a pan and then keep the spinach leaves in this water for 5 to 6 minutes.

After this, grind the cooked spinach in a blender.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, asafoetida, green chilies, and oil.
Now add spinach puree to it and mix again. After this, knead the dough well.
